Emily and Madeline surprise us every day with the new things they do. They have gone from giving us occasional glimpses of a smile a couple of months ago to grinning from ear-to-ear all the time. We also get some gigging and laughing, especially from Madeline when she is tickled.

They are also able to move around pretty well. When put down on their backs, they can scooch around so that they are completely upside down. They have also gotten very good and picking up and grasping things.

We have just started introducing cereal. Emily seems to like it, but Madeline hasn't quite warmed up to it yet. We are hoping this helps fill them up enough to sleep through the night (please?!)

Madeline is skeptical about solid food.
